I am a complete amateur at taking photographs but do like to 'try' and take decent ones when I can. I also use my own images for web design and promotion when possible.
As well as being enjoyable, it is good to use it as another challenge to test skills. It is also a way to raise my own profile that tiny bit more across the web. Despite enjoying and using photography I am purely an amateur and have no expertise in this area, and would never claim to!
The photos I take are fairly random, mainly to do with technology, cars and nature (like flowers). All photos are published via Flickr and most are released under a creative commons license meaning other webmasters can use the images on their own website.
If you want to use any image for any reason (web design, leaflet, newspaper publication, presentation etc) please respect the creative commons license, details of individual licenses can be found on the actual photograph pages on Flickr. If in doubt please contact me. If you are not able to provide credit for an image used you must get written permission from me first.
