About The Business

The current trading name of the business is 'Jack Jones Network', I registered as self-employed in March 2007. Long-term the aim is to become a Limited business. I'm based in the West Midlands, England. It is currently purely an online business with all activities being web based.

Activities

The business has 3 different activites - Operating Websites, Minisites & Domain Leasing.

Operating Websites - The business has 6 websites, all well established and receiving over 100,000 unique pageviews per month. 3 of the websites are consumer focused and the other 3 are B2B.

Minisites - We have 2 minisites, with 4 more in development. Minisites require almost no day-to-day running as they are purely informational giving advice on set topics or products.

Domain Leasing - We have a portfolio of product focused domains covering various sectors which are leased out to retailers to help them target specific niches.

Resources

During 2009 3 different resources will be released; a tool, ebook and script. All will be free to download and targetted at webmasters.

Trading Name

The business was going to be called 'Niche Network', however the name was already in use. I settled with 'Jack Jones Network' because 'Jack Jones' is rhyming slang for 'on my own', and the business is owned by one person. The 'Network' came because the business owns more than 1 website. The long-term aim is to become a Limited company.
